Day one is over ….

and I failed miserably. SMH  I eat smaller portions throughout the day. That’s not the issue. It’s what I’m eating. My son cooks ziti with lots of sauce and cheese with garlic bread. My weakness or challenge is not cooking for myself. So AppleCinbefore I go to bed tonight I’m planning my menu for tomorrow.

  • Breakfast – 1 cup of oatmeal with diced apples
  • Lunch – I don’t know yet. I’ll keep you posted
  • Dinner – fresh homemade soup. Nothing like it when it’s cold or when I just don’t feel like cooking a lot. #lovethatcrockpot

Thought: Today’s failure isn’t final. Tomorrow is a new day and brings new opportunities for success.

Affirmation: I am full of energy and vitality and my mind is calm and peaceful.
